How managed AI works

A company pool, replenished weekly.

Every supported model is available. Usage is deducted according to the provider cost of the model, so premium reasoning naturally consumes more than a lightweight request.

Weekly control
The monthly allowance is divided into four weekly portions to prevent sudden overuse.
BYOK
Requests using your own provider key do not consume the managed MindCo allowance.
At the limit
Wait for the next replenishment, continue through BYOK, or add company credits when available.

Are any ERP applications restricted by plan?

No. Every plan contains the same applications, controls, workflows, and supported AI models.

What counts as an active user?

An enabled user who can sign in to the company tenant counts toward billing. Disabled accounts do not.

Is implementation part of the subscription?

Implementation, migration, training, integrations, and tailored extensions are scoped separately so recurring pricing remains clear.
